Lorraine Kelly reveals to fans that she feels “tired without stamina”
Lorraine Kelly shared her concerns with fans after she increased dress sizes two because of her eating comfort.
The presenter, 62, revealed in an article on Twitter that she felt “unhealthy” and “tired without stamina” as she sought advice from social media users.
She wrote, âAnyone else feeling tired without stamina? [her dog] Angus for a walk, I’m not getting enough exercise. Comfort to eat and rise of 2 sizes of dress.
“I’m not feeling well – I need a New Year’s push. I’ve always said no to diets, but I have some great suggestions?”

While several encouraged her to resume exercise, some have suggested that she may be feeling “exhausted” from the uncertainty of the pandemic and being “kind” to herself.
The mother of a child has already mentioned the change from a size 14 to a size 10.
At This morning last year, she said “I don’t think diets work”, before noting that “portion control and not over-snacking are important, yet they are reasonable.”
The TV star also opened up on the topic for that of the sun Fabulous magazine, revealing, “I’ve learned the hard way that dumb diets will end up making you fat.”
âI tend to eat sensibly during the week, but I certainly don’t exist on celery sticks because I would be miserable.
“We’re all a lot more likely to stick with a healthy diet if we have the right tasty food, and we won’t give up on an exercise routine if it’s a lot of fun.”
In 2018, she launched a Body confidence series Work in its ITV program.
